The revised Framework has been launched few days ago after a comprehensive market consultation with 1,470 individuals in 55 countries. The conceptual thinking and principles on which the framework was founded are still as relevant as when the IIRC was formed 10 years ago. The revisions, the first since the framework was originally published in 2013, therefore focus more on clarification than substance, and strengthening the quality of disclosures.

The GRI standards are the most popular sustainability reporting standards worldwide. They keep on evolving to remain in line with internationally recognized best practices and reflect recent developments, particularly standards and regulations.
